Robin is a Dutch startup focused on helping online stores deliver great customer service. Its all-in-one solution streamlines a web store’s entire customer service communication flow, allowing a team to respond to emails, web forms, tweets, and live chats from one central dashboard. Robin integrates with leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Bigcommerce, and SEOshop. It also displays order and client information right next to the customer’s question, saving time and improving customer service quality. In addition, team members can use the same screen to collaborate with their colleagues.
Robin was founded by Patrick Speijers, who loves online shopping and hates bad customer service. After encountering lousy service from smaller web stores, he began thinking of a solution – something that is affordable, easy to set up, and fun to use. Robin officially launched in April 2012 at the TNW Conference and subsequently made it to the finals of Startup Rally. In 2013, Robin received the Dutch E-Commerce Software Innovation Award.
