Based in Louisville, Kentucky, the Trifecta Sauce Company makes all-natural, gluten-free gourmet barbecue sauces. Made with vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh jalapeno peppers, Trifecta’s products do not contain any preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, cornstarch, or high-fructose corn syrup.

The Trifecta story began one summer day in 1996. Matt Trimpe had friends over when he ran out of barbecue sauce. Using his mother’s recipe and the ingredients he had on hand, he whipped up a sauce that was just the right combination of sweet, spicy, and tangy.

Years later, Trimpe started selling his sauce due to popular demand. The bottled version retained the integrity and flavor of the first sauce he blended for his friends, without any ingredients added to protect shelf life.

A member of the Kentucky Proud movement, the Trifecta Sauce Company sources all of its ingredients from local farms. With every bottle of Trifecta sauce, consumers not only eat fresh and nutritious foods but also support Kentucky’s farm families.
