Created in 1971, UIL Holdings Corporation operates as a diversified energy delivery company. The business is a publicly traded venture that markets its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Through organic growth and strategic acquisition, UIL Holdings expands and grows its assets of more than $5 billion.
